We are most certainly faced with some unprecedented developments in face of the COVID-19 pandemic that impacted most of us to a larger or smaller degree. Some of us have been severely affected, others just greatly inconvenienced. Some lost a loved one to the Corona-virus, got sick, or had to care for someone who is sick. Others might have experienced tremendous financial hardship, inducing loss of income, which can result in severe stress and anxiety. Most of us have also been subjected to many more or less serious inconveniences, including changes in our social interactions and ability to access goods and services.


Thankfully, resources are available to help us cope with the pandemic, so do not hesitate to reach out for help!
