Stress is our body's way to respond to real or perceived threat. Chronic stress can have detrimental negative consequences for our body, mind, and spirit. Unfortunately, relaxing is becoming more and more difficult in our hectic lives.
There are a few quick ways to relax and manage stress that can do wonders for our physical and emotional well-being when practiced regularly. Pick at least three items from the list below and start practicing today.
Avoid people and situations that stress you
